When a serial killer accidentally chooses a gangstern as his next victim things went south. A cop eager to catch the serial killer is willing to team up with the gangstern and use any kind of method to close the case, the life of these three characters become entangled in a succession of gangstern fight and car chases, like in a cat and mouse game.
