Design for Change is the largest movement of change - by and for children. The movement is spearheaded by a global network of passionate community leaders, social entrepreneurs, designers and educators who are committed to nurturing the I CAN belief in all children. Using our simple and proven framework of ' Feel, Imagine, Do, Share' ( FIDS ), children around the world are empowered with the skills to design a more desirable and sustainable future - Today! Powered by the principles of design thinking, Design for Change offers a simple 4 step framework FIDS (Feel-Imagine-Do-Share)- to unleash the I CAN superpower in every child. Using this framework, children are encouraged to 'FEEL' (observe and identify any situation that bothers them), 'IMAGINE' (brainstorm a way to make it better), 'DO' (work in teams to implement their solution) and finally, 'SHARE' (their solution of change with the world) to inspire others to say, 'I CAN'!

Mike Federle, CEO of Forbes, addresses the audience at the start of the press conference. Forbes announced that the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit will take place in three Ohio cities in 2023. The announcement was made during an event held at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland on Wednesday, Oct. 5. The cities are Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati. “Forbes chose Ohio for its iconic Under 30 Summits because of recent, significant economic momentum we and our partners have recently built in the state,” said J.P. Nauseef, JobsOhio president and CEO, in a recent statement. “The strong relationship developed between JobsOhio and Forbes over the last several months will highlight Ohio’s value proposition as a preferred location for business and top talent both nationally and globally.” Speakers for the event included several elected officials and leaders of local organizations, such as Ohio Lt.
