Student Activities

Looking to get connected on campus, meet new people, and gain leadership skills? Then Student Activities is the place for you! Our annual events, including Mean Green Fling and Homecoming, along with our work with the North Texas Spirit program, provide great opportunities for you to jump into UNT spirit and traditions. And with more than 450 student organizations, from academic to cultural to performing arts to religious and more, you'll be able to find your fit on campus. We also offer programs and services specifically designed to help off-campus, commuter, graduate, and non-traditional students connect to campus life. Our Mission Student Activities promotes a sense of community and loyalty to the university, while serving to enhance the social, intellectual and developmental growth of students as individuals or as members of organizations. By engaging members of the university community in collaborative efforts, Student Activities nurtures citizenship, leadershipand community, while striving to assist in the holistic development of students. One of the goals of Student Activities is to help students make connections on campus and maximize their college experience through student organizations. We have 450+ student orgs from which to choose, so there’s something for everyone. And if there’s not, you can create one! Becoming a member of a student organization helps you meet new people, develop leadership skills, and promote your interests while in college.

Student Health and Wellness Center

The Student Health and Wellness Center is the on-campus medical clinic for UNT students. Our clinic offers treatment for injuries, illnesses, other medical issues with convenient access to on-site laboratory testing, and x-rays. We also offer health education services to keep UNT students healthy, in class, and on the path to graduation and professional success. Announcing Chiropractic Services at UNT SHWC! You can now schedule onsite chiropractic appointments at UNT SHWC before or after or in between classes! Select this location when booking your appointment online and we'll see you there! Our holistic approach goes beyond chiropractic services. We also provide: • Cupping • Personal Injury • Stretching • Myofascial Therapy • Reflexology • Therapeutic Exercises • Flexion & Distraction • And Many More!! The SHWC is committed to providing quality healthcare in a compassionate environment for our students. UNT at Frisco

The University of North Texas has opened Frisco Landing, the first building on the UNT at Frisco campus. This state-of-the-art building was designed with a focus on student success and offers classrooms and study spaces to promote collaboration, transparency and open communication between the faculty and students. In January, all classes will be held at one of the following locations: Frisco Landing - 12995 Preston Rd., Frisco, Texas 75033 Inspire Park - 6170 Research Rd, Frisco, TX 75033. No classes will be offered at Hall Park. Partnerships Because of our proximity to some of the world’s top companies and industries, UNT at Frisco is focused on industry collaboration and engagement. We want to partner with industries and businesses to identify workforce demands and provide the programs and courses that will deliver the workforce of tomorrow. As a branch campus of UNT, the accreditation status of UNT at Frisco is dependent on the continued accreditation of University of North Texas.
