On Thursday night, the weather suddenly changed and it rained heavily in the plain districts across the state. Even today the process of rain continues. Rain and chilly winds once again made people feel cold. Due to the rain, there was waterlogging on the roads at many places, while the temperature also dropped. On the other hand, there was hailstorm along with rain in Mussoorie. Due to the strong wind here, electricity was affected due to damage to the line in many places. There was bright sunshine in Doon and Mussoorie from morning till evening on Wednesday. But at around nine in the night, suddenly it started raining accompanied by strong winds. June 15, 2023 Heavy rains disrupted life in Doon and Mussoorie for about half an hour. On the other hand, according to the Meteorological Department, even today (Friday), with the weather changing, there is a possibility of light to heavy rain with thunder and cloud cover in Doon.
