As per Vedanta's filing on NSE, the company said, "In continuation to our Letter No. VEDL/Sec./SE/23-24/30 dated May 17, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation on Monday, May 22, 2023 have approved First Interim Dividend of ₹ 18.50 per equity share i.e. 1850% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2023-24 amounting to c.
