Building Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Announcements Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve several minor issues. We apologize for any inconvenience. • For customers who are already making payments through our separate Bank Draft Payment system, attempting to schedule automatic payments through the Customer Portal online will result in an error. This is to prevent a double payment. Associated Fees • ALL payments made through the Online Customer Portal include a $2.95 service fee. • ALL payments made via E-Check or paid via check over the phone include a $0.75 service fee. • Bank Draft payments that are setup directly through Customer Service, using a valid checking or savings account, and have no associated fee. If you would like to setup bank draft payments directly from a checking or savings account, complete our Contact Customer Service at 307-637-6460 with any questions.
