Wet and joy amusement park

I have been many of water Park or Resort. But specially this one of the worst have seen in part of maintenance. All the pool Flooring was BROKEN.. they need maintenance talking about flooring specially at Wave Pool.. they damaged so badly.. as well as all the water in pool it contains too much amount of chlorine... all my friends are face same problems, we got hit on legs due to broken flooring.. they are staff are not help full.. worst staff I have never seen at any water park or resort.. so won’t recommend this water park to anyone it is not value for money as well.. worst in maintenance as well as customer service...!!! Assure you of a better experience the next time. As d name is Wet and Joy, it is truly amazing for a trip with family and friends to enjoy a water park like it nearby Mumbai. Though it does not have any major and big rides but it's wave pool is d best part to enjoy and experience the 8 different types of waves to feel it and with great speed. Also the food available under the park is amazing and tasty with ample varieties at minimum price and for your information park is completely veg and no hard drinks available. Great for huge family trips to make it memorable..👌

Please note: • At all times, for all rides, safety gears/ lap bars must get closed for the rider’s safety. • Guest will not be allowed to take a ride where the safety harnesses do not lock. • The final permission to provide access to the rides would be at the discretion of the park management. • In case of rains/ stormy weather, select rides and attractions would be operated as per Management discretion, keeping the safety of the visitors in consideration. • Rides can be taken under maintenance / observation at any point of time (without prior information), in case, if the park management feels there is a need to check the same. • Rides are operated in a hourly phase wise manner. Please check the ride operation chart for the day at the ticket counter. • The park Entry Ticket provides access to all the operational park rides for the day. There is no separate charge for each ride. No refunds would be made once the ticket has been booked, in case the guests are not able to avail the rides due to any of the above reasons.
