Amazon has decided to make some changes to its ongoing work-from-home policy for its employees. As part of the new rules, the tech giant is going to give more freedom to the individual teams as regards calling the employees to the office and the decisions will be taken team by team at the Director level. The Directors will decide if all the team members should work remotely or from the office or flexibly from home and office both. Amazon CEO Andy Jassy wrote about the new rules in an email to employees this week, which we present here verbatim, courtesy GeekWire. “Subject: Updated guidance on where we work Dear Amazonians, I want to update you on how we’re continuing to evolve our thinking on where we work.
