Aamir Khan dismisses rumours claiming he divorced Kiran Rao due to alleged affair Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao parted ways last year after 15 years of togetherness. Post the divorce announcement, there were rumours doing the rounds on social media claiming that the 'Ghajini' actor divorced because of his alleged relationship with someone else. While they have a lot of love and respect for each other, Aamir Khan stated that things had changed in their marriage. The actor told a news portal that they are like family but things had changed in their relationship of husband and wife. Aamir further stated that they wanted to respect the institution of marriage. Aamir and Announcing their separation Kiran Rao and Aamir had shared a joint statement, “In these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect and love. Aamir Khan was born on March 14, 1965 in Mumbai. He is one of the most successful Indian Bollywood actors who is also known as "Mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood". Will Aamir Khan and Zoya Akhtar collaborate for a project? After staying away from the limelight for nearly a year, Aamir Khan seems to have found the perfect script for his next project. Mr Perfectionist is all set to collaborate with Zoya Akhtar!It doesn't come easily to everyone, hence one has to practice it. Aamir used to rehearse every scene 120 times and that's what Aamir is all about, said Shishir. Sharma further added that Aamir got on to the set with so much professionalism and that energy would rub on to everyone else around him including the people who were behind the camera. Incidentally, Shishir's mother Shashi Sharma had worked with Aamir in 'Talaash' and she told him that she had worked with his father in a play called 'Kabuliwala'. Aamir was left stumped to hear that and after the film, he sent mangoes to their house. That was an ice-breaker between Shishir and Aamir on the sets of 'Dangal' as Aamir told him about this incident. Since then, they shared a good friendship on the sets. Aamir was last seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The actor decided to take a break from movies for atleast a year after its release. Though, he was seen in a cameo in 'Salaam Venky'.
