I had booked a stay at The Chill Suites- City Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. However, my booking was automatically canceled due to a supposed payment error. I was not given the option to provide new payment details to confirm my booking. When I reached out to Agoda’s customer service, I felt that my concerns were not addressed and that their response was not satisfactory.
