TC Candler debuted Bang Chan at No. 24 on the list with the caption, “Melts wire fences with hotness.” While STAYs thought he definitely deserved to be on the list, he thought otherwise. Towards the end of his stream, a STAY told him that he was featured on the list. He shared that he did see it but immediately got all shy and tried to hide his face. “Yeah, I saw that…(giggles) I don’t know why I’m on it. I actually don’t know why I’m there. I actually don’t deserve to be there. I definitely don’t belong there.” He emphasized “definitely” and explained that he saw the other men featured on the list. Stray Kids' Bang Chan Did His Nails Using a Permanent Marker — And It Worked

Using a nail art pen and finishing it off with a matte topcoat, the vlog shows the 24-year-old perfecting his design well into the morning hours. His left hand is a mix of shapes, crosses, and bold lines, while his right is a more simple arrangement of delicate dots. (The woes of being right-handed!) After suffering through several broken pens, he turns to a permanent marker to get the job done. Though, if you're trying this at home, he warns that "applying topcoat onto permanent marker makes it smudge." So you might want to get yourself either a good nail art pen or actual polish and a fine brush before resorting to marker. But, despite Channie's non-conventional tool, the result is extremely high-quality. "It’s a hobby of some sort," the Aussie tells the camera about his interest in nail art, which he's started using a tool to express himself. "I wanted to find something that’s fun and try it. I was trying to find something stylish that’s my own," he says. "I thought it’d be fun to just draw it on myself." • • • • Do Not Sell My Personal Info © 2023 Condé Nast. All rights reserved.
