Best Chai Patti or Chai Leaves in India Review

I love tea. I love chai tea. I’ve loved it since the first time I had it. But there were always two things that bothered me about it: 1) The taste is never as good as when my mom makes it, and 2) the price. I’ve finally found a solution to both of those problems, and will probably never have to go back to making my own again! Chai is a popular drink in India, also known as “Masala Tea”. It is usually made by boiling milk with black tea leaves and spices like cardamom, ginger, cloves, pepper, and cinnamon. When it cools down, sugar is added. As the milk boils down to take on the flavor of the spices and tea leaves, it gives off aromas that are so distinctively Indian. Chai Patti is a pregnancy tea, and it is made from the leaves of the Chai plant. It is different than chamomile tea in that it has an earthy taste, which I think really compliments the sweetness in the tea. The honey in the tea also adds to its taste and can add a little bit to your metabolism. An Indian tea is incomplete without the use of Chai Patti or tea leaves. They’re used to flavor and add taste to the beverage. However, not many people know how to make a good chai patti at home, and that’s where this blog comes in. You’ll learn about: • The ingredients required for brewing a good cup of chai • The spoons and cups you need to brew your chai • The various ways in which you can prepare your homemade chai • Tips for improving your homemade Chai Patti

Perhaps if it were a higher quality tea bag and actually filled with whole leaves and ingredients, but I still have always found the best cup of masala chai coming from loose leaf with whole, real and fresh ingredients when possible. I once ordered a chai latte at a cafe, excited to see it on the menu, only to be disappointed when I was handed a mug of steamed milk with just a generic chai tea bag in it. Needless to say, I did not head back there for a chai latte again, and, since then, I have been pretty picky with ordering chai lattes at cafes unless I know the chai brand being used in advance.
