RAIPUR: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on Tuesday submitted a memorandum to Chhattisgarh Governor Bishwabhushan Harichandan urging him for a CBI probe into the results of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) Examination-2021, which was announced recently and subsequently recruitment done in the various government departments between 2019 and 2023. They also urged the governor to obtain the consent of the President of India to sack the CGPSC members for their alleged involvement in the irregularities committed in the selection process. The BJYM delegation led by state president Ravi Bhagat informed the governor that all the appointments, including assistant professors in the year 2019-20, to the government departments between 2019 and 2023 are controversial, forcing the talented candidates, who were ‘deprived of’ their rights, to move the court for justice. The delegation alleged that the relatives of ministers and senior officials were appointed to the post of assistant professors. The CGPSC stopped the once transparent system of releasing amended model answer papers before the announcement of results and inviting claims and objections before the final results are out.
