We go the extra mile to make sure the guest have a great time in Pondicherry, India. We have different category of rooms including Citi Standard, Citi Executive, Citi Deluxe and Citi Suite. All the above rooms has got LED TVs with A/Cand water heaters. This room was booked for us by makemytrip. Although the room was a bit spacious, the bathroom was in such a Filthy state! We had mud water to take bath for 2days. We were given far end rooms where we get no WiFi and TV plays only Tamil and telegu! When we complained about the bathroom to makemytrip, they said that hotelier came to clean it and this was not the case. They had only provided extra towel and tissue rolls! Staff are OK but not well trained. As for breakfast, we were forbidden to go to the restaurant and were told that breakfast would be served in rooms. They served us cold sambar idli tea on first day.
