The team was earlier known as Delhi Daredevils from 2008 to 2018 before the name was rebranded to Delhi Capitals. The franchise plays it’s home matches at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. The franchise are yet to win a single IPL title. Regular captain Rishabh Pant won’t be available for the 2023 season, due to a road accident in December 2022.
