June 8 (Reuters) - Chinese grocery app Dingdong Maicai, backed by investors including Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global Management, aims to raise around $500 million in its U.S. IPO to compete in a crowded sector, three people with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters. The company filed for the IPO on Tuesday but did not give any details of the size of the isssue or valuation. Dingdong is targeting a valuation of at least $6 billion in the offering, said two of the people, who declined to be named as the information is confidential. A valuation target however has not been finalised and could change depending on market feedback, they cautioned. Dingdong plans to open books for the IPO in two weeks and a listing could take place as early as the end of June, said two of them. Dingdong Maicai did not immediately respond to a query for comment. i moved into a new house and every single day after school hours until around 7 at random times the neighborhood kids do the knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell and running away. They do this to ALL the neighbours. Im not sure what units these kids live in but i dont think the parents will do anything as this has apparently happened for years. This causes alot of problems for me as i have a 8 month old that naps and 2 dogs that bark for a few minutes everytime the door gets knocked/rang and it wakes up my napping baby. I cannot time naps as the kids do this at anytime between after school and dark. I am also pregnant and if these kids are waking up a newborn im going to be even more pissed. I dont know what to do the landlord doesnt care and according to other neighbours neither do the parents of these kids. I wouldn't put much stock into the parents not caring until you've actually spoken to them. You mentioned it's been going on for years?? How many years?
