12 days ago Pathetic Customer Support from Fireboltt I have recently purchased a invincible plus watch from Fireboltt on 15th March 2023 for Rs 4300. Unfortunately, within just one month, the watch stopped charging. Naturally, I reached out to their customer support for assistance, and they assured me that they would replace the faulty product. However, my experience with Fireboltt's customer support has been nothing short of disappointing. After several attempts to get in touch with them, a courier partner finally contacted me on 10th May for the reverse pickup of the defective watch. To my surprise, Fireboltt failed to provide any confirmation regarding the pickup. It was only on 12th May that they sent me an email stating that the pickup had been scheduled for 11th May. This kind of irresponsibility is unacceptable. Upon returning the watch, I expected some form of communication or updates regarding the replacement product. However, Fireboltt showed a complete lack of concern. It was only when I contacted them again, almost five days later, that they sent a confirmation email acknowledging the pickup and stating that the replacement watch would be delivered within 2-3 days. To my dismay, when I contacted Fireboltt on 22nd May, they informed me that the same product was not available and they were unable to provide either a replacement or a refund.
