The delivery date was 23rd April 2022. When I call the delivery agent, he simply rejected my call for three times. Due to this I couldn’t attend my driving test which costs me a loss of Rs. 5200. When I called flipkart customer care executive they told me that your product will be delivered by EOD anyhow. Due to this I missed my relative’s wedding because I am the only person who was available in my house to receive and pay for the product. On 24th April 2022, I received an update on my complaint that the delivery person couldn’t find my location and product will take another 4 days to deliver. I just to know Is this some kind of internal scam where delivery company use to delivery one’s product to another person but giving false reasons? Meanwhile my old mother and father who couldn’t bear this hot summer are the only one who is suffering in this scam.
