मुंबई : यंदा आषाढ (Aashadh gupta Navratra 2023) सोमवार, 19 जानेवारीपासून सुरू होत आहे. गुप्त साधना आणि विद्या यांच्या सिद्धीसाठी गुप्त नवरात्र महत्त्वाचे मानले जाते. संपूर्ण वर्षात चार नवरात्र असतात, ज्यामध्ये दोन गुप्त नवरात्री आणि दोन दृश्य नवरात्र असतात. माघ आणि आषाढ महिन्यात गुप्त नवरात्री असतात आणि प्राकट नवरात्रीमध्ये चैत्र नवरात्री आणि अश्विन महिन्यात शारदीय नवरात्र असतात. या चार नवरात्रींचा उल्लेख देवी भागवत महापुराणात माँ दुर्गेच्या उपासनेसाठी केला आहे. यावर्षी चैत्र नवरात्रीची सुरुवात 22 मार्च रोजी झाली, जी 30 मार्च 2023 रोजी संपली. चैत्र नवरात्रीमध्ये भक्तांनी देवीच्या नऊ रूपांची पूजा केली आणि संपूर्ण नऊ दिवस उपवास केला. आता यानंतर आषाढ महिन्यात गुप्त नवरात्री येणार आहे. आषाढ गुप्त नवरात्रीची सुरुवात 19 जून 2023 पासून होईल, जी 28 जून 2023 रोजी संपेल. गुप्त नवरात्री प्राकट नवरात्रीपेक्षा कशी वेगळी आहे ते जाणून घेऊया. गुप्त नवरात्री आणि प्रकट नवरात्री यातील फरक चैत्र आणि अश्विन महिन्यात येणारी नवरात्र प्राकट, उदय, प्रमुख आणि मोठे नवरात्र म्हणून ओळखली जाते. दुसरीकडे, माघ आणि आषाढ महिन्यात येणाऱ्या नवरात्रीला गुप्त नवरात्र म्हणतात. प्राकट नवरात्रीत घर-मंदिर, पंडाल अशा ठिकाणी मां भगवतीची पूजा केली जाते आणि प्रत्येक व्यक्ती ही पूजा करू शकतो. परंतु गुप्त नवरात्रीमध्ये गुप्त तांत्रिक सिद्धी मिळविण्यासाठी आणि मनोकामना पूर्ण करण्यासाठी 10 महाविद्यांची पूजा केली जाते. त्याची पूजा गुप्त ठेवली जाते, म्हणूनच याला गुप्त नवरात्री म्हणतात.

They eat only one meal per day after finishing the puja rituals and offering food to a Brahmin. Reciting ‘Durga Mantra’ 108 times during the Magha Gupta Navratri is considered to be auspicious. 2022 Ashadha Gupta Navratri Ghatasthapana Most of the customs and rituals observed during Ashadha Gupta Navratri. Ghatasthapana Muhurta is more popular during Shardiya Navratri but it is also needed during Ashadha Gupta Navratri. Ghatasthapana is one of the significant rituals during Navratri. It marks the beginning of the nine days Durga Puja. Our scriptures have well defined rules and guidelines to perform Ghatasthapana during a certain period of time at the beginning of Navratri. Ghatasthapana is invocation of Goddess Shakti and doing it wrong time, as our scriptures forewarn, might bring wrath of the Goddess Shakti. Ghatasthapana is prohibited during Amavasya and night time. The most auspicious or Shubh time to do Ghatasthapana is first one third of the day while Pratipada is prevailing. If due to some reasons this time is not available then Ghatasthapana can be done during Nakshatra Chitra and Vaidhriti Yoga during Ghatasthapana but those are not prohibited. The most important factor to consider is that Ghatasthapana is done before Hindu midday while Pratipada is prevailing. We also consider Dvi-Svabhava Lagna (द्वि स्वभाव लग्न) into calculated Muhurta. During Shardiya Navratri Dvi-Svabhava Lagna Kanya prevails during sunrise and if suitable we take it for Ghatasthapana Muhurta.
