This hotel in Darjeeling has following review Pros: Fancy interior Near mall road Cons: 1) Rooms are Tooo small, low light and very suffocating. 2) Bathroom is also very small not suitable for families 3) The " VIEW", I had this magnificent view from my hotel room ( photos attached). Sorry to say its Pathetic. Forget family, its not good for individual. 4) Long menu But NO CHOICE TO EAT. They have full menu, but when asked for dinner last night, they give me options to choose from: Dal, Matar paneer, Roti.( Full stop). How could one choose from this. They say the chef is on leave. 5) one man army, only there's 1 man in guards uniform which also serve for room service of all types. 6) Non Coperative… We have booked two rooms in advance but one room is so small that we are unable to place a trollybag. The other room is larger but most of the lights were not working and after repeated complaints they did not fix it. So we need to manage with a torch after paying such a big amount.
