Pros : 1. Very near to railway station, temple, beach, boat jetty. 2. All main attractions are walking distance from this hotel. 3. Hotel staff behavior very friendly. 4. Early checkin available, I got it at 7am. Big thank you to hotel staffs. Cons 1. Room size very small. 2. no wardrobe provided in the room. 3. Complimentary breakfast has no north indian food option, should be added due to huge inflow of north Indians. First the positives: - 1. Appearance : Hotel is brand new which is neatly maintained with aesthetic look from the outside 2. Check-in : Was so quick that I checked-in to the room within 3 minutes (and the best part is though the check-in/check-out time is 12 noon when booked through Goibibo, they were courteous enough to provide me 24 hours check-out option) 3. Room : Room was clean and well maintained with appealing interiors. 4. Service : Both the Front Office Staff and the Room Service Staff were so polite and cordial - they seemed ever ready to do all sorts of service to their customers, which many hotels lack behind. All the Staff had smiling faces whenever we crossed them. 5. After reaching Rameshwaram, driver asked me for ₹3500 saying he wasn't provided with any advance money as was told to me by hotel staff. This is how they conned me for ₹2000.I raised the issue with them but they paid no heed. How can you expect fair treatment from such hotel where people from other states are deceived in such manner. Very bad experience it was. So please avoid staying here. i booked room in temple city. But They allotted room in A R Residency which is part of temple citi group. It is next street. Room was clean and hot water was available whenever we open the tap. Only 4 -6 car can be parked in the parking facility. As we visited in weeke days. Only two car was there. Hence no issue. Hotel is walkable distance from temple,sun rise point,viekantha memorial rock and all other kanyakumar attractions. No restaurant in hotel.
