My stay at Sterling V Grand Madurai was truly exceptional. Muthukumaran, the staff member in charge of arranging my stay, deserves special mention for his outstanding assistance and hospitality. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my experience hassle-free and comfortable. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised when they organized a delightful birthday cake for my spouse, creating a truly memorable celebration. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction and the warm gestures of the staff left a lasting impression on us. I highly recommend Sterling V Grand Madurai for its impeccable service and attention to detail. We are now staying at this hotel in Madurai. We are occupying 2 rooms for 2 days for our business purpose. Our Checkin was handled late night by a receptionist (sorry for the name) who was so courteous and polite. Very helpful and really an asset to the place. Rooms are decent enough for a business stay. Located near the city centre.
