How to cancel airtel broadband connection

so 3 months ago i opted for static ip connection and now i want to cancel it but yesterday when i spoke with the customer care they said my account didnt have any static ip connection and that it was already on dynamic ip, but i told them i was getting charged for static ip from last 3 months to which they just said call us when the new bill will be generated for the waivers and that i wont be getting billed for it from next month but i am still configured on a static ip connection. what should i do? but the funny thing is after getting it cancelled the technician calls me a few days later telling me that they have received another static ip request (which i havent done) i was confused of what is happening so i just said ok to reconfigure it, this time i got a different ip range and and i again got the 1gbps glitch and i am also not getting any charges for static ip airtel backend config is really fucked up
