How to get open box delivery on flipkart

Does Flipkart accept replacements for this ? For electronic gadgets its not possible to check if it has a defect just by looking from outside. Their T&Cs is a bit ambiguous on this and seems like they are implying that since it is an open box delivery so they would not refund/replace . Can anyone share their experience on this ?

Ordered a Moto phone from FK couple of days ago and it's supposed to be delivered today. Just now I see that there is this open box delivery thing where the delivery man will open the package and I'm to check whether there's any damages on the phone in front of the delivery man within those few minutes? And for this reason the item cannot be returned? I mean how on earth would one check whether everything works properly in like 5 mins if not less? I don't get it! Main intention is to make sure that the actual product got delivered + in sealed state (Avoids returns/replacements for wrong product delivery, damaged, missing parts/accessories reasons). In case of SSN Logistics [Delhivery), ATSPL.. the system is mostly to favour the delivery associate. In place of signature or notes... they will scribble 'OBD'. . This discharged them from any liability, if the customer accepts the package. . Obviously for white goods, heavy appliances... it is not the same. But Delhivery themselves would send messages to the phone number mentioned in the shipping address.
