India vs Netherlands Scorecard 2022/23

11.6 toRG Sharma, swung straight down the throat of deep midwicket! Rohit looks to hoick this but ended up hitting towards the longer boundary. That he had to ditch it from outside off also made it that much harder. Some respite for Netherlands as this partnership was threatening to crank it on.. 84/2 2.4 toKL Rahul, given lbw but I think this was sliding down. Rahul has a chat with Rohit who, it seems, told him there was no point reviewing it. It was full on the stumping and angling towards the pads. Rahul goes for the flick but misses and gets hit on the front pad. Slightly on the inside of it. I feel India could have reviewed it. 11/1 BATTING R B M 4s 6s SR Vikramjit Singh b Kumar 1 9 13 0 0 11.11 Max O'Dowd b Patel 16 10 22 3 0 160.00 Bas de Leede c Pandya b Patel 16 23 27 0 0 69.56 Colin Ackermann c Patel b Ashwin 17 21 31 1 0 80.95 Tom Cooper c sub (DJ Hooda) b Ashwin 9 12 12 0 0 75.00 Scott Edwards (c)† c sub (DJ Hooda) b Kumar 5 8 21 0 0 62.50 Tim Pringle c Kohli b Mohammed Shami 20 15 14 1 1 133.33 Logan van Beek c †Karthik b Arshdeep Singh 3 5 11 0 0 60.00 Shariz Ahmad not out 16 11 18 2 0 145.45 Fred Klaassen lbw b Arshdeep Singh 0 1 3 0 0 0.00 Paul van Meekeren not out 14 6 9 3 0 233.33 Extras (lb 2, nb 1, w 3) 6 TOTAL 20 Ov (RR: 6.15) 123/9 Fall of wickets: 1-11 (Vikramjit Singh, 2.2 ov) , 2-20 (Max O'Dowd, 4.2 ov) , 3-47 (Bas de Leede, 9.2 ov) , 4-62 (Colin Ackermann, 12.1 ov) , 5-63 (Tom Cooper, 12.4 ov) , 6-87 (Tim Pringle, 15.4 ov) , 7-89 (Scott Edwards, 1...

India vs Netherlands Live Score, Match 23 of ICC T20 World Cup 2022

Living up to their reputation of being an experienced side, Team India registered a clinical 56-run victory over minnows Netherlands in their second Super 12 game in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. The number-one ranked T20I side first posted a respectable total of 179 for the loss of two wickets after electing to bat first at a packed Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). Batting on a used pitch, Indian batters made most of the sloppy fielding and inexperienced bowling from the Dutch as three of their top-four batters posted half-centuries. Making most of the reprieve he got early in the innings, India skipper Rohit Sharma slammed a fifty while his opening partner KL Rahul was dismissed cheaply inside the powerplay. Later, in-form Virat Kohli played another entertaining knock to slam his second consecutive fifty in the tournament. Mr 360-degree Suryakumar Yadav smashed 25-ball 51* and proved his mettle with the bat. The duo shared an unbroken partnership of 95 runs to guide India to a big total. In response, Netherlands could only muster 123 for the loss of 9 wickets as every Indian bowler, except Hardik Pandya, was amongst the wickets. The Dutch batters were no match to the experienced Indian bowling line-up and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Axar Patel was the most economical bowler for the Indians as the left-arm spinner returned with figures of 2/18 from his four overs.  Off-spinner R Ashwin also opened his wickets tally in the tournament and struck twice in an ove...
