The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur, has announced the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) Mains Result 2023 for Level 1. Applicants who appeared for the REET Mains Level 1 exam can now check and download the result from the official website at rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. This year, a total of 41,546 candidates have been shortlisted for the next round of interviews. The Board has also issued the REET 2023 cut-off marks along with the list of selected candidates. Of the total shortlisted candidates, 3,266 aspirants are from the Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) area while 38,280 applicants are from the non-TSP area. It is important to note that shortlisted candidates will now have to appear for the document verification round. Once the document verification and district allocation process are completed, about 1,808 candidates will be posted in the TSP area, and around 19,192 candidates will be given postings in the non-TSP area. JAIPUR: Parth Khandelwal of Jaipur has secured 10th rank in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) results announced on Tuesday. A total of seven students from Rajasthan have made it into the top league of 50 All India Ranks (AIR) in the exam, taken by 20.87 lakh candidates. Khandelwal has completed his schooling at St Xavier's Senior Secondary School, Jaipur scoring 90.6% in class XII and 95.6% in class X. He aspired to become a doctor since he was in junior class when he saw his elder sister Janvi Khandelwal preparing for the NEET. He prepared for the exam from Allen Career Institute in Jaipur. Sharing his success mantra, he said, "I have never followed any shortcuts to clear the exam or to study. Over the years I have improved my attention span to a level that even studying for 12 hours I don't feel the fatigue." He recalled that five questions in the exam did give him a tough time as he was not confident of the answer. "It was a decisive moment as I didn't lose my control and patiently got into the skin of the question to hit the right answer. Almost 80% of the paper can be attempted by anyone but what defines your performance is a very tough question section which judges your sum of understanding of the subject," said Khandelwal. Rajasthan Zila Parishad Election 2021 Results: The ruling Congress was ahead of the BJP in the panchayat polls in six districts of Rajasthan, securing majority in four out of six zila parishad and bagging 670 of the 1,564 panchayat samiti seats on Saturday. The Congress has secured majority in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sawai Madhopur, Dausa, while the BJP gained majority in Sirohi Zila Parishad. The BJP also emerged as the single largest party in Bharatpur Zila Parishad but fell short of a clear majority. Independents and BSP members will play a crucial role in the formation of the zila parishad board in Bharatpur. Out of the 200 zila parishad seats in these six districts, the Congress won in 99, the BJP in 90 and the BSP in three seats. Eight Independents emerged victorious in zila parishad seats. Of the 37 seats in Bharatpur Zila Parishad, 17 went to the BJP, 14 to the Congress, four to Independents and two to the BSP. Of the total 1,564 seats in 78 panchayat samiti in six districts, results of 1,562 have been declared. The Congress has won 670 seats, the BJP 551, the RLP 40 and the BSP 11.
