The results were based on social media accounts such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Last 2019, Filipina actress Liza Soberano secured the 10th spot for the Top 100 most beautiful faces while actor James Reid was ranked 42nd in the same year. In 2017, former PBB grand winner Daniel Matsunaga was ranked 50th on the Top 100 most handsome faces.
