The image featured a close up of infants' small hands . One of Nayanthara and Vignesh's hands are intertwined with each other, while the other one can be seen gently holding their newborns. Actor Nayanthara and her director husband Vignesh Shivan took everyone by surprise when they announced the arrival of the twins on Instagram. Since their announcement, fans started speculating if the couple opted for the surrogacy route. Though the couple didn’t release any official statement regarding their kids, it is also reported that According to the reports, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan who married in June this year are in a legal mess as they have possibly violated the surrogacy guidelines. Reacting to this, Tamil Nadu health minister Ma Subramanian recently said that the state government would seek an explanation from the couple in the matter. For the unversed, Commercial surrogacy is prohibited in India, with effect from January 25, 2022. Only altruistic surrogacy is permissible under the 2021 Act.
