Omkar Hills in Srinivasapura is one of the highest points of Bangalore. The Sri Dwadasha Jyotirlinga Devasthana is unique, and one of the most magnificent and gigantic temples in Karnataka. 5. Accessed by auto, 2 wheeler, car, bus. Hidden gem! For how long we don't know! Temple is very nice and so is the virw from top of the hill which gives excellent view of the turahalli forest( if I am correct) Must visit at least once. Recommended to multiple friends and everyone has liked this place. Only downside is no food available and some work is still going on. We were near Rajarajeshwari temple and just found out about this place. It is close by and is a very nice place to visit. The views from the outside of the temple are beautiful. I'm sure sunrise and sunset would be wonderful. The whole skyline of Bangalore is visible from this place. Talking about the temple, it is not crowded and the atmosphere is very peaceful. It is mentioned there that there are smaller lingas over the main lingas. There is a temple right above which is above and this really impressed me because there are mentions of every major religion with idols wherever possible.
