A little bit far away from Somnath and near to Veraval Town, this place is a holy place where Lord Krishna was wounded while resting and got shot by an arrow on foot. The idol of the temple depicts the same and is beautiful. Though the place is historical, but the temple is not quite old, though it is architecturally beautiful. Went in evening found it to be less crowded. Accessibility is easy with public transport. Overall clean and peaceful, a must visit if in Somnath, if not for divinity but for the events which are mythologically important. The place is in the middle of houses. Said to be a place here Pandavas stayed. Seeing the size, I am not sure of it. The stairs are very steep, and it is difficult for an average built person to get in. Old persons and fat people do not try. You can reach here by your own car, but parking will be difficult. You can come here by the bus run by the temple trust at 0800 & 1500 Hrs. They charge only ₹ 30/- and take you to other temples also. You have Triveni Sangam and Shankaracharya Temple near by this place. The place is of Mythologic importance, but the less rating is for the upkeep of the area. Nageshwar Mohadev temple is one of the 12th Jyotirlina Temple Located at Dwaroka ,Gujrat . It is approximately 20 km from Dwarokadhis Temple. We hired a Local Taxi which will take us around which includes Ruksmini Temple ,Gopi Talab and Nagehwar Temple . within 30 minutes we reached templev. From distance a huge sculpture of Lord Shiva is seen . Near the gate there are shops and restaurants .Unlike other Jyotirlinga temple it is much less crowded.As usual we had to keep our shoes out side .Exceptionaly they allowed mobile to be carried inside . We offered our puja and enjoyed the blessing of lord Shiva.We could stay as long as we wanted. But for the other commitment we came out . In the backyard there is beautiful lake which touches your heart .There are some banyan trees. We toured around the Temple and then got out . Situated roughly a half hour ride from Dwarka, this needs to be reached by a ferry( incredibly crowded, 20 rupees / person / ride) We booked a "cabin" for 500. Roughly 10 -15 minutes ride. Then be prepared to be surrounded by auto drivers offering to drop you to the temple. The main temple is a short walk from the ferry terminal and if you get there early in the morning, lines are short. Another Hanuman temple needs to be done by auto( Roughly 30 rupees / person). It's not really worth the visit if one is short on time.

But a beautiful rope way is available which takes you directly to the foot steps of the temple. The charges are ₹630/- per person, and the ride i rely beautiful. The view from the car is really breath taking. Refreshments are available on top. Once you reach this temple, you have 2 more temples to visit , which has o be done by foot. 800 Steps down we reach the Jain Darasar, which is a very beautiful temple, the view of the Girnar range from here is also very beautiful. Come up 800 steps to the Ambe Temple, and you have another 2500 steps up to the Gorkhnath Temple and Dattatreya Temple. 2500 step down again you reach the Ambe Mata temple. There are other temples on the way up and down the stairs You can take the rope car from Ambe Temple and come down the hill. Happy trekking.
