Priya Krishna Biography Priya Krishna won as MLA at a very young age from Govindraj Nagar constituency in 2009. BANGALORE: On January 16, the Lokayukta court admitted a private complaint against both the MLAs, alleging that they held disproportionate assets. The court then directed Lokayukta police to investigate the charges and file a report by February 18. The case was filed by advocate HC Prakasha under Sec 156 (3) of the Prevention of Corruption Act on January 9. Prakasha accused Krishnappa’s wife Priyadarshini and younger son Pradeep, who is the fourth accused. He alleged that the family gave different asset declarations in front of the EC and Lokayukta and the disparity between them is Rs 700 crore.
