Professional courier trichy contact number

I sent a cover to thanjavur on 8/7/2021 and it has not reached up to this time. In courier office they said that the next day it would be delivered. I tried on tracking but it showed a destination of Chennai and was delivered. I called Trichy H. O where I booked my cover and they said the cod may be wrongly pasted. If it is wrongly pasted, then whose responsibility was this? This is an example how irresponsible the people managing this branch. I sent a parcel through Professional Courier Doc No.17545772 dated 10th March. Hosur to Trichy. A few sheets of paper in a A4 cover for 70 Rs.It was not delivered till 16th March 20.I am unable to know even the status. When contacted Hosur office they gave a whatsapp number to lodge complain and no one know the status.I regret for using professional courier and will never use it anymore. My friend send me documents through professional courier from pondicherry to srirangam. Delivery man called me and told me to come main road. He will not delivery to my address. He is very rudely telling if i m not coming i will return like that he is threatening. Finally i argued delivery man then he came to address. I dont know if they cant delivery to address why they are asking address for delivery. Dont send courier through professional courier. They are un professional.
