Q mango resort

Dear Friends, Those who would like to visit Ramanagara, please stay away from Q Mango Forest Resort. Being a frequent traveler, I have been to most of the resorts in and around Bangalore with my friends and corporate teams. But trust me, Q Mango is the worst and if Google allows me to put negative ratings, I would rate them negative. Q Mango is not even worth to rate 1 star. It was our mistake to believe many fake positive reviews about Q Mango forest in Google. And we did not check TripAdvisor review for Q Mango which is 1.3. We 35 member team spent our first new weekend of 2020 in Q Mango Resort and the experience was pathetic. There was no facility for freshening up after our 4 hours journey. They sent us to a plain land and provided us 1 tent (decathlon 1 person size tent) to keep the luggage for all 35 of us. When we asked facility for freshening us (at least for ladies) they asked us to use the restrooms which is the only facility they have to freshen up, wash, bath etc. Trust me, public toilets in Bangalore Majestic and K R market areas are even better than Q Mango restrooms. Ventilation glasses are broken or are not available. Dirty, Stinky and leaking pipes. Commodes are not clean and flushes were not working. Females from our group requested their staff to clean the commodes as they were in that bad and dirty condition. Q Mango management agreed to provide 2 pax sharing tents while paying the advance and when we reached there they said it will be 3 sharing tents....

It has been a hell for me to follow up for a copy of the Invoice, yet I haven't recieved one!!! It was a Corporate Offsite and Amrutha who is the POC never responds to your call. Stay Experience was ok. If you are planning for a visit here, kindly ensure you have the Invoice first and then visit this place. They do mention that they will email you which never happened in my case. Never take a chance with these guys... Hell of an experience following up!!!
