I have added a new bank account with successful validation and that account is now nominated for refund.this new account details is not present in ITR.So whether I need to revise the income tax return? or automatically refund gets credited to new bank account.

The amount for the purchased item was paid through debit card. On 18th July, I received an sms regarding delivery rejected, but its *surprising that I didn’t reject the order *and nobody from courier service contacted me. Anyway, on 19th July, I received an sms for ”refund initiated” for *Rs. 799/-*. Since then (*Above one month*) *I received no correspondence from Amazon and the refunded amount has not been transferred to my bank account. * It’s really harassing and disappointing for me. Moreover, the toll free contact number of amazon does not work. There is no email id of customer service. It’s unfortunate at the part of Amazon being a big company with such poor management. There must be proper contact numbers and email id for customer support. *I will think many times before buying from amazon next time.* please help me getting my money back
