To reveal His qualities

In the Bhagavad Gita, after having told Arjuna about dharma, Lord Krishna says Arjuna should surrender to Him. Krishna says “dharma samsthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge — I will come in every yuga, to re-establish dharma.” Since He is dharma personified, we can say that He takes avataras, to re-establish Himself. This means that He makes it possible for people to observe His many auspicious qualities at close quarters. Because He came as Rama, we became aware of His simplicity, for He befriended people with a humble status in life, like Guha, for example. When He came as Krishna, He allowed Yasoda to tie Him up. Making His qualities known to all is what “dharma samsthapanarthaya” means, said M.A. Venkatakrishnan, in a discourse. If He had remained in Paramapada, how would the world have been witness to His qualities like sauseelya and saulabhya? Because He was approachable, most people did not recognise His Supremacy. They thought He too was a human being. Those who did not enjoy His qualities in His vibhava avataras, can still enjoy the same in His archa form. In the first verse of chapter 4 of the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says that karma yoga, about which He had been telling Arjuna, was told by Him to others too. He spoke about it to the Sun, who told his son Manu about it. Manu told his son Ikshavaku about it. Arjuna wants to know how Krishna could have instructed people who lived thousands of years before His time. Krishna then explains that His avataras are of His wil...

✎ Yada Yada Hi Dharmasya lyrics & translation

“yadā-yadā hi dharmasya glānir bhavati bhārata”……Expounded Through Metaphysical Vision From Bhagavad Gita!!! Attainment of the Self is distinct from attainment of a body. Lord Krishn’s manifestation cannot be seen with physical eyes. He is birthless, hidden, and eternal, and yet he is born with a human body. Therefore, they who preach that death of the physical body brings liberation offer, but, a false consolation. A Soul realizes the ultimate essence while he is yet in his assumed human body. If there is even the slightest flaw, he has to undergo another birth. Arjun has thought Lord Krishn to be a mortal like him. Is Lord Krishn like other bodies? Lord Krishn sings: “Although imperishable, birthless, and God of all beings, I manifest myself subduing the materialistic world of nature by the mysterious power of atm-maya.” Sri Krishn is imperishable, birthless, and pervading the breath of all beings, but he is manifested when he restrains materialistic attachments by atm-maya. One kind of maya is the moral ignorance that makes one accept the reality of the material world, and which is the cause of rebirth in low and inferior forms. The other maya is that which Lord Krishn calls yog-maya, of which we are unaware. This is the maya of Self that provides access to the Soul and leads to awareness of the Supreme Spirit. It is by the operation of this yog-maya that Lord Krishn subdues his three-propertied nature and manifests himself. People usually say that they will have a visi...

GITA Verse Sambhavami Yuge Yuge...whereall atma worked

It is an oft quoted verse in Bhagwad Gita wherein the Manifest Self, speaking from the mouth of Krishna says, whenever there is rise of irreligion and falsehood come to prevail, then the Manifest Self come to take birth in human bodies, to put an end to evil and to protect the righteous. Whenever and wherever has been used. But do we know of one other instance when this happened? What if the same Atma working in Krishna and using Krishna's body as office came to manifest itself in other pious bodies, closer (in time or distance) to us? We have understood this from our material eyes and hence we remain confined to a body. People who see the life of Krishna are unable to see beyond that. People who see the life of Mohammad remain confined to it. Likewise, with other avatars. But if there had been only 7 atmas that were created out of Paramatma (Brahma), out of which one is Devi, then it can be understood that one of these 7 had been working in various avatars who came in various regions and times, and spoke in various regional languages. Saiyed Haider here shows for the first time two other bodies in which the same atma that was working in Krishna came to manifest itself. Wait for part 2 of this lecture to know the true perspective of Saiyed Haider and where else the same atma worked. These lectures by Saiyed Haider (pen name) are based on the content of his research, which has been elaborately mentioned in the BOOK 'One God One Religion' [4 parts]. This BOOK studies the scr...
