It will help your customers reach you directly in case they have any questions regarding their order. You can add this number to both new and existing pickup addresses. Here’s how you do it: Log in to your Shiprocket account and go to Settings -> Pickup Address. Go to Manage pick up addresses -> Add Pickup Address and add your alternate number. For an existing pickup address, click on the edit button to add your alternate number. Note: You have to repeat the process for all new and existing pickup addresses. Did you find it helpful? Yes No

Beware shiprocket is fraud and cheater Never use the fraudster shiprocket for anything wether it’s shipping or warehouse. If they will tell you Rs 100 for some delivery you will end up paying 400 for the same. They promise you 36000 pin code Deliveey but they all fake as 50% of the packet will return back and you end up paying double courier charges. They don’t have any control over any courier you have to make good relationship with the pickup boys so that they came to office everyday to pickup your parcel. They prepared the Terms and Conditions in such a way that they cheat each and every Ecommerce Startups. Entire staff are involved in such fraud and one important thing. Once you recharge the wallet you don’t have any options to contact any account manager or anyone. The only option is to contact the poor customer support guys, who doesn't know anything. They almost tried to losses to my business but we taken another company services and the dent they given to our business will never be healed. Shiprocket - Disposed of my package without any reason Closed I sent product to customer through shiprocket by amazon due to some of their reason they couldnt deliver it so it got marked as RTO and when it reached goa it started showing NDR then shiprocket guys called me to ask if anybody has called me for courier and i said no (this happened * times) now its showing disposed off and i called shiprocket customer care the lady is saying they dont take liability for food items maybe the food was damaged so they wasted it ,,what my point is what is my fault and why shoid i take the loss bcoz of their problem and the food item i sent was dry fruit and it has the capacity to stay more tham * month so how can they dispose of my product without any knowledge and when i ask them foe refund they are saying we will forward it to the team but no surity that you will get refund for it ,,what should i do i dont know they did not take action in starting and now also they are doing the same Are you brand?
