Hi, i have a problem with my shopify. My shopify logout suddenly and when i try to login, user and password incorrect. After that, i use forgot password but shopify can't found my account. Thank you for the screenshot and for the explanation of what led to this issue. I'm happy to help out! I see that you mention changing the contact email address in your store settings. Was this change made in your Settings> General? If so, that is not the same email address used to log into your account. The email address used to log into your account can be found and changed within your own staff profile. To access your staff profile, head over to Settings> Plan and Permissions, and then click on your name. Have you tried logging in with the email you were previously using? I have one month left on my free trial. I am new to drop shipping so I am taking my time to learn the basics while building my store. I haven't picked a plan yet so i don't know if that is a reason for why i no longer have access to my store. If it is that will be unfair to me as i have already made financial commitments on a domain and on apps- quite a significant amount for me. I have an “IMA moments” store. The store has not been active for more than 3 months and is now inactive, but only on a desktop computer. I have access on my phone and tablet. Can you help me activate it as a lot of time has been invested in setting up the store? The store was on a trial period. Thank you Hi there Don here from Shopify. It sounds like your store may actually be active, as you reporting being able to use it on your devices but not your desktop, so it may be a case of your not being able to log in there, rather than the store being frozen or deactivated. When you attempt to log in on your desktop, what do you see there? You may be prompted to enter a 10-digit reactivation code when you have not logged into a store for an extended period of time. If you see this messaging, check to see in your email provider if you have received these codes via email. They may be filtered by your provider into 'spam' or 'others' folders, so check there or try searching manually for such codes. Let us know what actually happens when you try to log in via desktop and if you're able to find those emails with the codes in that event. Shopify Cli login commands

Hi, I am doing pipeline integration in bitbucket to deploy a theme based on Dawn. Basically the pipeline will push the theme to the online store, however I am stuck on running shopify store --store=myStore because it tries to open a browser to select account to make the changes, same issue with command shopify login --store=myStore with themekit this was not an issue, since the updating was made via a private app and a config file. My question is, is there a way to send the auth details on the command?, ex shopify login --store=myStore --username=userName --password=password or similar use a config file like themekit? any idea how to get this working? thanks To everyone in this thread: please go to This is the response that we got as an official Shopify Partner: If you are looking for CLI support, then I suggest heading over to our Shopify CLI Github repo.
