New Pay-By-Plate Program - Coming Soon UNM Parking & Transportation Services is excited to announce the new “Pay-By-Plate” Program. When you enter your license plate information at the pay station, your payment will automatically be updated electronically in the payment system. You will no longer be required to return to your vehicle to display a paper receipt after making payment at the pay station. This new program will save you time and reduce campus litter! University Commencement Commencement is a tradition that marks the intersection of the past and the future.
