JSP chief Pawan Kalyan ready with ‘Varahi’ for bus yatra

By Express News Service VIJAYAWADA: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is gearing up for the proposed State-wide bus yatra, which is likely to start in January 2023. ‘Varahi’ is ready for Election Battle! - Pawan Kalyan tweeted on Wednesday. He also tweeted videos and pictures of Varahi, which looks like an armoured military vehicle. Varahi is one of Saptamatrikas of Goddess Durga. Hence, the campaign vehicle is named as Varahi. According to epics, Varahi is the Goddess of protecting all directions. Pawan Kalyan inspected the vehicle and made a trial run of it in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Later, he made some suggestions to Jana Sena leader Tangella Uday Srinivas and also to the technical experts, who are designing it. JSP leaders said the vehicle is designed with high security measures using modern technology. Political secretary to Pawan Kalyan, P Hari Prasad said, “We have noticed the culture of vindictive actions such as switching off lights during Pawan Kalyan’s tours. So there are special lighting arrangements in the vehicle. Lights have been arranged around the vehicle to avoid any inconvenience.’’ Modern sound system is used with which even thousands of people can hear the JSP chief’s speeches with clarity. CCTVs are installed on all sides and the footage recorded will be sent to server in real-time. The vehicle has space for two persons to sit and discuss with Pawan Kalyan, he added. Is 'Varahi' Vehicle Number CBN's Favorite?

Pawan Kalyan's vehicle name 'Varahi' is the most viral topic in Andhra Pradesh politics at present. The YSRCP ministers are advising Pawan Kalyan to change the name as 'Nara'hi as CBN appreciates. Surprisingly there is another ominous link to this vehicle's new registration number. It is 8384, the total comes to 23 which is Chandrababu's number. It should be recalled that he pulled out 23 MLAs from YSRCP when he was the CM, and later in 2019 elections he won only 23 seats and the election result had come on May 23rd. So by all means, 23 has a link with CBN. Decoding this, Minister Gudivada Amarnath said, "The vehicle if registered in AP has to obey the RTA rules. Fearing this, he got it done in Telangana State. Moreover he is the resident of that state and not AP and so he got it registered there". Adding in satirical tone, he said- "The number is 8384 which totals to 23, the favorite number of CBN. This means that the vehicle is intended to make tours only for CBN". Whatever it is, we have to see if the RTA (Road Transport Authority) in AP creates a problem for Varahi citing some rules and regulations during the tour.

Jana Sena cadre search for Pawan, Varahi!

The Jana Sena leaders and the cadre at the grassroots are eagerly awaiting the appearance of their leader Pawan Kalyan and his much-talked-about campaign vehicle – Varahi. It has been months since Pawan Kalyan visited any place in Andhra Pradesh and addressed a meeting. His latest public appearance was his meeting with TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu last week in Hyderabad. After this meeting, he has not been seen or heard from. He had pledged to work to keep the anti-government vote intact and to defeat the ruling YSR Congress in the next election. However, after making this pledge three months ago, he has not been seen meeting with party workers or the general public in the state. He had also spoken highly of his campaign vehicle – Varahi – and brought it to Andhra Pradesh four to five months ago. In January, he performed pooja at Kanakadurga temple for the vehicle. However, since then, the vehicle has disappeared from the state political scene and has not been seen moving or parked in Andhra Pradesh. It is said that Varahi is now being rented as a caravan in the film industry, rather than being a political vehicle. Surprisingly, Pawan Kalyan is also busy with his films, just like his Varahi, and is doing part-time politics. It is questionable how he will defeat the ruling party, whose leaders are full-time politicians!
