My sbi credit card got deliquented.

I last paid my sbi bill in april and for the month of may my bill was -40 so i obviously didn’t pay and for june it was 100 so i didn’t bother to pay that also as i knew that below 200 no interest is accrued. But today my sbi app shows warning after my new statement generation that for the last 3 months I haven’t paid and they have even put finance charges of 400 on my 100 rs bill. And the app is not even letting me raise a ticket for the same. Has anybody ever faced this before and if so then were they able to get their finance charges rolled back. And also wtf kind of behaviour is this ? Is this normal by sbi ? Default is default. Amount dose not matter. Small amount of default actually raises alarm bell in system. It shows the person has no money to pay even small amount. So avoid defaulting small amount. I think i made a huge mistake here although now i have cleared the dues it still shows the same. Btw is there any way i could get the finance charges reversed ? Also how can finance charges for just 100rs turn 400 can anybody explain ?
