We enrolled our daughter for 10tth grade in the month of December as Early entry wtih 9th revision unfortunately we did not take any classes form Vedatnu till date, In the month of February we applied for refund reason School integrated for Incampus program which is a part of ther regular classes whcih is much more better than Online, Vedantu is careless in addressing any concerns of a child seeing all this in initial days we felt as we have enrolled in early stage we wil claim refund, , They are so weird attending calls or emails.. Sumit and debena specially are ruthless when they talk to customers and they informed us go complaint whoever u want we wil not refund .. This statement is against any ethical company. Our child had signed up for a coding program with Vedantu, for which the course & teacher were not engaging. The child was not interested & just did not like to attend the sessions. We gave the feedback & Vedantu came back positively to work on it & asked to change the course as an alternative. Thinking it was a one off situation we signed up for a English Program called Expanding English Fluency. To our surprise the sessions were more into... I have applied for kvpy sa crash course at vedantu but as the exam is canclled i asked them for refund of my 4800 rupees but from the last 1 and half month they are not refunding just acting like a fool.
