Zimbabwe beat the Netherlands by one run by scrambling a run out off the last ball of the game to level the one-day international series 1-1 on Thursday. Zimbabwe spinner Wessly Madhevere also took a hat trick earlier in the innings and the Netherlands fell just short, finishing 270 all out chasing 272 to win. The teams produced another thrilling finish at Harare Sports Club following the Netherlands’ victory on the penultimate ball in the first ODI on Tuesday. This time, the Dutch couldn’t quite chase down their target, although they came agonizingly close despite needing 19 off the last over while nine wickets down.
