Under this Scheme, the Citizens of the state who belong to the Below Poverty Line and APL Category will be provided Instant Electricity Connection by the Government. in the houses of eligible people of this scheme, the Electricity Connection meters will be installed of the state government. When the people will apply under this scheme, the people who belongs to the Below poverty line have to do the payment of a fee of Rs. 10 and the people who belongs to the Above Poverty line category have to do the payment of Rs. 100 in order to acquire one to twenty five KW Electricity Connection. Once you will be done applying for the Electricity Connection then within 10 days, the electricity connection will be installed in your house. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh state Mr. Yogi Adityanath has initiated this Jhatpat Bijli Connection scheme for the people of the UP State who belongs to the BPL and APL Category of the state.
