Placed 2 orders in May - 1 for INR 3499, and another for INR 302. Both orders were not delivered with the reason customer rejected delivery - but no call was made to my phone for delivery. Products have now reached back to Amazon, and they keep on saying that refund will be processed in 2-4 business days - but it has been one month. Last customer service agent I spoke with asked to wait while she checked, but... I have ordered iqoo z7 from Amazon on 23 may after 4 on 27 it was not dispatched and I need it immediately so I cancelled the order then I waited for 5 days to get my refund but received nothing then I contacted customer care and they said they will raise a ticket and give me a rrn no. Which I have to give to my bank and get the refund as...

I don’t know what’s going on at Amazon… I don’t know what’s going on at Amazon india but for the past few months I have noticed a sharp decline in all their services and the customer service is atrocious absolutely unbelievable in the past decade I’ve spoken to them a few times and always had a professional experience but now I am shocked ❌ are they closing their operation here ? Date of experience:June 13, 2023 Amazon Removes Actual Reviews I purchased a modem which was misleading. The claim said it supports 1.2Gbps speed however the input LAN ports were itself of 100Mbps. I wrote a review about the product not the seller. I even attached the photos from the box itself supporting my claim. Amazon Removed the review. lolz Date of experience:May 11, 2023 Amazon India in a tearing hurry to wreck a global brand 1. Millions of fraudster tradesmen selling fake, low quality products. Amazon India keeps its eyes shut 2. It sources and allows trading of products whose manufacturers are unlisted, place of manufacture is not known and products more often than not do not have lawfully required labels 3. Its own product lines have no labels and have dubious origins and quality 4. When as a consumer I provide feedback, Amazon India shamelessly blocks the feedback saying'content not in line with its policy'. So Amazon India can flout rules, cheat Indians every second but we can not call Amazon harboring and promoting cheats 5. The ONLY thing that went in its favor was its very gud team ...
