Such a pathetic experience. For every small damn thing you need hell lot of followups and no transparency or user friendly experience. I have escalated multiple times for their highest matrix like head of customer care and others during my home loan closure for noc and list of documents. But nothing can change their working style. Even for collecting original documents they asked me to move to multiple branches and still i didn’t receive them after my home loan closure. No one is interested to know the customers pain. For the first time i felt govt banks are way better than idfc शिकायत करना उत्तर One of my relative took the loan amount & I don't know why these people making calls to me.and in return they told me I have took the amount & all.then next immediate Minute i have made a conference call with my relative & agent. He accept that I didn't took any loan amount. But the agent conversation is very rude & unprofessional. I have to raise a compliant on IDFC. Had very bad experience with Idfc bank, they were delaying too much for giving the foreclosure letter which was supposed to be a very simple process. They deliberately delayed the foreclosure of my loan and also charged interest for that delay period. The representatives orally promised that they would give a waiver for unnecessary interest charged, but they did not do so in the foreclosure letter. Whenever I asked for an email or anything in a written format, thay always refused to do so, which means that there is no Transparency. Overall very bad experience with this bank and I would not at all recommend anyone to get associated with IDFC BANK in any way. शिकायत करना उत्तर VERY VERY WORST. CHEATING FELLOWS. My loan amount Rs. 1,03,855/ But credited in my account only 89,000/ then idfc person told my emi Rs. 3444/ only, after credited my EMI is Rs. 3654/- cheating idfc bank.
