Reported By: Nitin Rohilla Contact information: Meesho I registered on Meesho as a supplier and I sold a electric geyser worth Rs. 4200. My shop name is Sonu Electricals and the registered Meesho supplier name is also same. I sold the product in October and was waiting for the payment, then I got to know that customer has returned it and I’ll get my product back. I raised 1st ticket on 10th November and have been following it till today. After this much of reminders neither I got the product back nor the payment. The product will get outdated and I’ll face difficulty in selling it at my own shop too. I need your support to get compensated by Meesho. Please help. I am attaching screenshots of my raised tickets for your reference. They have been telling me you’ll get the return as per TAT which is not happening since 3 months. I don’t think the product will be of any use for me. Please help me to get either my product back or compensate me for this whole situation. I thought Meesho is a trusted and safe company to work with but this experience is surely not staying the same.
