Pebblebrook Hotel Trust is the largest U.S. lodging REIT focused on owning independent and boutique hotels. After Pebblebrook merged with LaSalle Hotel Properties in December 2018, the company owns 51 upper-upscale hotels, with more than 12,700 rooms located in urban, gateway markets. Pebblebrook's combined portfolio has a higher revenue per available room price point and EBITDA margin than its hotel REIT peers. Business Description Pebblebrook Hotel Trust currently owns upper-upscale and luxury hotels with 12,756 rooms across 51 hotels in the United States. Pebblebrook acquired LaSalle Hotel Properties, which owned 10,451 rooms across 41 U.S. hotels, in December 2018, the company current Pebblebrook CEO founded in 1998, though management has sold many of those hotels over the past few years. Pebblebrook's portfolio consists mostly of independent hotels with no brand affiliations, though the combined company does own and operate some hotels under Marriott, Starwood, InterContinental, Hilton, and Hyatt brands. Does PEB pay dividends? If so, how much? Yes. PEB has a forward dividend yield of 0.29%. See PEB’s full dividends and stock split history on the Dividend tab. Dividend yield allows investors, particularly those interested in dividend-paying stocks, to compare the relationship between a stock’s price and how it rewards stockholders through dividends. The formula for calculating dividend yield is to divide the annual dividend paid per share by the stock price. Learn mor...

IPEB Vote?

Hello all. I spoke to my PEBLO today. She said the same thing. I asked her to explain what that was. She stated that in the IPEB, the packet is sent to one person who will review everything. And "cast a vote...." Fit, unfit... and then the packet is sent to the second person to cast vote 2. This person will agree or disagree with the vote 1's determination. If both agree, then the packet goes to the next step for processing correctness and signatures. If they disagree, then a third person reviews and is a tie breaker. Once everything is decided, it all goes to the next step for processing correctness and signatures. I hope this helps. An excerpt from this document talks about the composition of the Army PEB board members: The PEB, composed of a field grade president and personnel management officer and medical member, initially conducts an informal adjudication. This is a records review of the MEBD and applicable personnel documents without the soldier present. The informal decision is forwarded to the PEBLO for counseling of the soldier. The three members are the "vote 1, vote 3, vote 3" ya'll are talking about. It is probably taking longer because the members are possibly teleworking and communicating between the members is taking a little while. Hello all, I am in the "typing" phase now. I was told that PEB requested and received VA ratings as of 16Dec. I still have no idea if I am fit or unfit. I am guessing that since the PEB requested that information, that I am foun...

Physical Evaluation Board System Overview

This post, like this site, is a work in progress. I realized recently that even though all the information on the Physical Disability Evaluation System (PDES) can be found here, first time visitors probably need a guide to understand what is going on with their case. I will be posting a more comprehensive "Guide" in the near future. But for now, I want to put out this post to help newcomers and members alike understand how to use this site. First, in the Physical Disability Evaluation System Overview Forum, you can find some basic overview/information papers on understanding the process. The updated "Guide" that I will publish will eventually replace the info papers found there. But for now, you can get a grasp of the process. I... I have an important advisory and issue of great importance for Air Force Reserve Component Members (Air Reserve and Air National Guard members). A few weeks back a colleague of mine called me and asked whether I had heard of ARC/ANG members being processed through the Legacy Disability Evaluation System (LDES). My friend shared a story of a client who was an AF Reserve member who was referred to the MEB and then the PEB notified his client that he was being processed by the PEB as an LDES case. The client had a current VA rating that was higher than the PEB decision. I was asked what I thought of this and I said that this made no sense and seemed patently illegal. I thought this was just an error or an aberration- until the next day... The quest...

Hello, I work at NVLSP and saw your post from long ago. Did you get a medical retirement. If not, please consider applying for free assistance from NVLSP. We have challenged the Navy's non-duty related process and are considering a challenge to the Air Force's IRILO/non-duty related DES process. You can apply here: [emailprotected]. Hello Mr. Perry- I have undergone verdicts for RTD after both iPEB and rebuttal to the iPEB findings. The rebuttal was denied and thus no FPEB and I must RTD. What are my options and I feel that my health condition does not warrant this RTD. They have diagnosed me with multiple mental health conditions and I am on 6 psych medications. An independent mil psychiatrist (as required for the NARSUM) recommended me for medical retirement and no continued military service. The iPEB recommended for RTD. My JAG and I had to go to a rebuttal to the iPEB findings in order to go to the FPEB. This rebuttal was denied, and I must RTD. I am in the Air Force medical reserve corps (MC), and I have been told that MC is never medically retired because of shortages. I feel that with my civ mental health provider with medicines and mil independent MH physician should be enough to medically retire. I have 16.5 good years. Can someone help me get into medical retirement, and offer suggestions for a way forward? I have heard of submitting an IG compliant. Can someone help me with pros and cons of this IG route? Can a RTD be reversed after iPEB and rebuttal have been u...

PEB 250 issues recommendations

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, August 17 — The recommendations of Presidential Emergency Board (PEB) No. 250 were published on Tuesday, August 16. Officers of the BLET National Division, along with legal counsel and the BLET Wage Team, are continuing to analyze the report and meet with all involved General Chairmen prior to making any public comments. Under the Railway Labor Act, publication of the PEB report triggers another 30-day cooling-off period. During that time, the unions and carriers may continue to negotiate and may reach a tentative agreement based on the PEB’s recommendations. If no settlement is reached, the parties may engage in self-help following the expiration of the 30-day period. The recommendations of PEB 250 have been made public. The full text of PEB 250 can be found as a PDF on the BLET website here (document is 124 pages):
