Mr. Mehra has extensive experience with all aspects of development including property acquisition, design, leasing, and financing. Prior to joining Forest City Ratner Companies, Mr. Mehra lead the design and construction of municipal infrastructure projects in Oregon and Washington, DC as a project manager at Black & Veatch.
