The services at Aadhaar enrollment centres have been affected since last week due to technical glitches. The glitch came at a time when students are required to update their Aadhaar for admissions.

This is an application form for the Aadhaar Enrollment/Update Form issued by the Government of India and this can be downloaded from the official website UIDAI i.e. https://uidai.gov.in/, or it can be directly downloaded from the link given below. Aadhaar Card is a necessary document and is considered identity proof issued.

Contact Social Security Administration by calling 1–800-772‑1213 (TTY 1–800-325‑0778) anytime Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visiting the “ Check Enrollment” section of one’s “ My Medicare ” account. Visiting the online Medicare account may save an enrollee time via visiting an in-person location or calling a center.
