Srs patiala movies

Visited Srs cinemas Patiala today, the screens are located on second floor of the mall and the provision for keeping your baggage and valuables that are not allowed inside the theatres is done in parking(-3) and that too in open near bike parking without any racks or shelves, on the floor. if a person has mistakenly carried something that is not allowed inside has to travel five floors down merely for submitting bags. Fifteen minutes of the show were spoiled bcz of this poor provisioning and reporting the matter to the unfriendly staff. Pathetic management, we asked for 4 tickets but they gave only 3 which they checked during movie..we wanted them to adjust but manager response is so rude..they made us leave the movie in between and even when many people were not seating on their allotted seat.. This was the worst experience I ever had..never watch a movie in Aditya mall Visited SRS cinemas in Omaxe Celebration mall at Sohna road to watch movie TASHKENT FILES after just 30-35 minutes movie ran into glitch where video was not available and just audio was running and it kept going for 10 minutes noone was there to resolve it after going out and telling about the same nothing was told and movie was interrupted for 20 more minutes.
